James has been part of the Bedknobs team for over 20 years, starting out as a young man as part of the delivery team, moving onto be warehouseman and moving on to be executive manager of the Hemel Hempstead showroom and is an integral part of the Bedknobs team. His expert knowledge of the bed and mattress industry is second to none and he is very highly regarded within the industry.

James can be relied upon to give the very highest quality advice and customer service and specialises in helping customers with ailments including back problems, neck problems, arthritis and osteoarthritis to name a few.
