Our team will carefully go through your options and by listening to you, be able to assist you on making the best choice. You will be encouraged to lay down on the mattresses and shown expertly how to maximise your chances of making the correct choice.

However, in the unlikely occurrence that your choice is not working out for you, you have the opportunity to go in store to re-select a firmer or softer option. A refund is not an option we offer with this trial.

This offer is only available to customers who have chosen and bought their mattress in store. We do not believe it is possible to choose the correct mattress without coming in store.
